Recently, the Philippines Star reported that over 4,600 Chinese students have enrolled in academic programs at a private university in Cagayan, and are renting accommodations in multiple locations in the city of Tuguegarao.The Cagayan province is located at the northern tip of Luzon island, facing Taiwan.
