Welcome to KAKLASE.com. KAKLASE is a personal website and community project created and operated by Emmanuel Martinez (“KAKLASE,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the website and its features.
By creating an account or using KAKLASE.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Using KAKLASE
KAKLASE gives members a place to connect, share content, join activities and contests, and discover products, services, and listings. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the website develops.

By posting content on KAKLASE, you give me permission to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate the website and make it available according to the settings you choose. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except where copies must reasonably be retained for legal, security, or technical reasons, or where other members have already shared it through permitted features.
You are responsible for what you post. Please avoid sharing anything you would not want others to see, save, or discuss.
4. Listings, shopping, and advertising
Members or third parties may post products, services, classified ads, directory entries, or other promotions. Unless a listing clearly says that KAKLASE itself is the seller, the person or business posting it is responsible for its description, price, availability, delivery, and customer support.
Check the details and the other party’s identity before entering a transaction. KAKLASE does not guarantee that every listing or claim is accurate. Any payment, refund, delivery, or dispute terms shown for a particular transaction also apply, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Advertisers and sellers must describe their offers honestly and comply with applicable laws. I may remove listings or promotions that appear misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.
5. Contests and activities
A contest or activity may have its own rules, including eligibility, entry deadlines, judging, prizes, and how winners are contacted. Those specific rules apply alongside these Terms. If there is a conflict about a particular contest, its specific rules will control for that contest.
6. Intellectual property
The KAKLASE name, logo, website design, and content I create for the site belong to me or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for its intended purposes, but you may not copy or use its branding or other protected material without permission.

I work to keep KAKLASE useful and available, but I cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful content posted by others. Use care when interacting with other members, opening links, or entering transactions.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for losses caused by another member’s content or conduct, transactions between members or third parties, or interruptions beyond my reasonable control.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using KAKLASE at any time and request help with your account through terms@kaklase.com or Contact Page. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or poses a risk to the website or its members. Where appropriate, I will try to explain the reason.
10. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms as KAKLASE grows. I will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a significant change calls for it. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
