PCG vessel guards Escoda shoal from possible reclamation by China | ANC

On The Scene: The Philippine Coast Guard revealed that Manila's Escoda Shoal is now in a sorry state. Crushed corals were found dumped in the area which is just 75 nautical miles away from the coast of Palawan.
