A center island along Delpan street in Tondo, Manila has now been cleared of illegal obstructions. Many informal settlers families (ISF) who used to live on the center island have been relocated to a new settlement side outside of Manila. Meanwhile, the remaining ISFs living along the riverbanks in Delpan will be relocated to make way for the construction of Pasig River Esplanade project.
